Using the form on our 'contact us' page you email us directly with full details of services required. Number of wedding party, time of wedding etc. City Brides will then send you a quotation. Once you know you wish to go ahead a date will be arranged for your trial and then a £50 desposit is required to secure these dates.

All trials for your wedding must be undertaken on the same day. You will be allocated your appointment before confirming your wedding.

On the day of your trial please bring your veil and tiara/headpiece (if applicable) and pictures of your wedding dress/bridesmaid dresses to give your hair and make up artist an idea of your colours and theme for your wedding day. If you have any specific hair styles or make up in mind please also bring any pictures you have to ensure that we can replicate exactly the look you are after.

Trial costs are payable at the time of trial with deposits taken off the final balance due on your wedding day.

What time do you arrive on the wedding day?

During peak times City Brides have 2 appointment slots for morning weddings; 8am - 11am and 11:30am - 2.30pm. If your bridal party is for 3 or less then you will be advised when booking which appointment you have been allocated - feel free to state your preference in your original enquiry. These appointments give plenty of time to get you and your wedding party prepared for your big day. With our vast experience of weddings we know how vaulable time is and how it can run away on the day therefore we always like to leave time for the bride to get into her dress and relax at the end of each booking.

Wedding parties of 4 and more are allocated a larger appointment which will be discussed when booking.

Do you have minimum booking numbers?

During peak times minimum numbers of 3 people for both hair and make up may apply and you will be advised this at time of booking.
